Information We Collect & How We Use It
BuzzFree collects information (usually submitted through online forms) in order to respond to those interested individuals who are seeking relevant information regarding participation in the promotion itself or receiving the advertised special offers from its affiliates. Affiliates are defined as those companies which pay a fee for Sponsorship at the National, Regional or Local level.

BuzzFree and BuzzFree Prom collect two main types of information through the Web sites
noted above:
Personal, or "individually identifiable," information you provide to us, typically by completing online forms - examples would include an email address, physical street address, phone number, etc. With your permission, we may use this information to contact you about BuzzFree Mission Related events or content.
Standard web server/visitor traffic information, commonly referred to as "aggregate information," regarding overall Web site traffic patterns. Normally, web servers collect this type of basic information automatically as part of their web log processes. We do not report on individual user sessions.

Individually Identifiable Information
The occasions of BuzzFree collecting individually identifiable information are: E-mail address in order to contact you with requested information about our promotions, its corresponding special offers, requesting membership in one of our alcohol-free promotional programs, participating in our discussion forums, or sending individuals requested printed material by mail which is associated to them.
